With over 15 years of professional experience at national, regional, and international levels — spanning Albania, Europe, China, and the United States — I work as an innovation designer and knowledge broker for organizations navigating change.

I work with local and international entrepreneurs investing in Albania, providing consultancy in business transformation, innovation design, human resources development, and growth strategy.
My international experience includes a 6-month Research Fellowship at the University of Arizona Center for Innovation (UACI) in 2022, where I deepened my expertise in innovation ecosystems and knowledge-based development.
